Per esempio, questi locali devono trovarsi a una certa distanza dalle scuole, e vengono chiusi per decreto se c'e' la prova che vendono anche droghe pesanti come cocaina o eroina. E in effetti, negli ultimi anni il loro numero e' sceso da 1000 agli attuali 700.
