The young people will learn quickly and with Fini and that this government does not mess around!
E 'but all too easy to foresee that this will produce a disaster. This, for two main motivi.Primo, because abolishing the distinction between deliberately soft and hard drugs, is denying the public mind that the results of a considerable amount of toxicological studies made in this area which indicate beyond any doubt the absolute irrelevance of adverse effects of marijuana on physical and derivatives. Total toxicity Cannabis is one of the lowest among medicinal substances or not. "If there is no difference, or if that difference is derisory, as it says, then we might as well try them all, take what happened to me ..." That's one of the possible and probable reasoning implied by this law and this type of communication ill that many young people, usually quite heedless of the dangers of lawlessness, they will feel entitled to do. Second, for those consumers, young and old, found in possession of a small amount of light drugs for personal use will be obliged to follow if they want to avoid imprisonment, treatment to health, even if soft drug use is harmless to health and free from addiction (as opposed to alcohol, for example) and even if they themselves do not feel at all ill or in need of care. How not to notice the chilling resemblance between this type of operation and the Compulsory Health Treatment (TSO), which has historically stigmatized and deteriorated to the sound of the first electroshock and straitjackets, then drugs, the moral and psychological condition of many victims?! Let us now consider the issue from another point of view, that of the experts. What should be said psychiatrists and psychologists to a patient, perhaps thirty or forty, sent them by the state against their will and why found in possession of cannabis for personal use? Unfortunately, there exists a good bet that they will not only give him a morale! Like the witches at the time of the Inquisition were first forced to confess their state of possession by the devil and then to repent "sincerely" in the hope (often in vain, unfortunately) to avoid the worst (ie the stake), so Fini will be the new addict of the first forced to confess one's state of illness and then to repent completing "sincerely" the "recovery program" (chemical, psychotherapy or both) in order to avoid the worst ( ie the center). Lo psicanalista francese Jacques Alain Miller, uno dei più eminenti intellettuali a livello mondiale, ha coniato a tale proposito l’indovinata ma forte, allarmante espressione “igienismo autoritario”.La felicità in pastiglia portata avanti secondo una logica assoggettata the chemical and therapeutic technique, which prohibits certain substances and prescribes other in the name of efficiency and convenience, it is hoped, of the system ... Just as an example, Ritalin is made well in 2900 but the side effects is advised and given the children a little 'too rough in the schools, not to mention the placebo effect of depressed children on Seroxat. The harmless marijuana but is now strictly prohibited and its use is punished with a sentence ranging from one to six years in prison (or "forced recovery" in the community). Gradually, we are witnessing a disturbing interference of the Therapeutic State ( Szasz as he calls it) in the intimate affairs of citizens. Actually we are not far apart the dismal scenario set by the science fiction film Blade Runner where the protagonists find themselves having to fight against political systems that attempt to govern by holding information and advanced technologies (chemical and otherwise), their best results destino.I in combating and prevention of drug abuse will have in countries like Holland, which for many years felt that the distinction is not the enemy intelligence and counter-productive effects. The legalization of cannabis in the Netherlands showed in fact a drop in consumption from 1976 to 1989 from 3% to 2% in the boys 15/16 years, and from 10% to 6% for boys of 17/18 anni.Occorre have the courage to say out loud and clear that this law is una vergogna e fa compiere un grande passo indietro al paese.
