Istat rejects another lie: since 2004 grow into innovation The ambiguity

After the increase of tax revenue and reversing the deficit / GDP ratio, comes from ' Istat a new piece of truth on the results of the Berlusconi government, the one concerning the development of investment in research and development. For 2004, the National Statistics Institute reported previous year a growth of R & D expenditure (ie carried out by firms and institutions within them) of +3.3% in monetary terms, with a total of over 15 billion. That's not all. In the study just released by ISTAT provides the same cost increases for 2005 and 2006 respectively by 5.6 percent and 4.1 percent.
So once more is revealed the severe distortion of reality represented by those who, tables and charts in hand, continue to tear his hair for the serious failings of the Berlusconi government. ISTAT is the same, moreover, that the explanatory memorandum, indicating the measures taken by the government two years ago the main cause increase spending in R & D.

And in fact dates back to 2004 Tecnotremonti, the decree states that tax-free expenses incurred by companies in innovation. At the same time also the center-right government varava three key interventions for the modernization of the country: the Central Guarantee Fund, with a budget of € 160 million to trigger investment in digital innovation for at least € 3.2 billion by over 16 000 small and medium-sized enterprises; Agreements Framework Programme, with € 100 million for those areas of the South are ready for innovative projects; High Tech Fund, with which the CIPE allocated 100 million euro for the emergence of small and medium-sized enterprises ad alta tecnologia nel Sud.

Il Paese in particular, was back in investment in research and training of graduates in science subjects. Yet in the captions in the margins of the OECD tables, in a cursive lower case, an indication he was hiding anything but marginal. Many of those figures were for 2002 and 2003. In short, the executive in office since 2001 were saddled with results that clearly could not be completed under its interventions. How can we in fact think that in two years, a government can increase the number of engineering graduates? From a strictly analytical point of view we should understand once and for all as the effects of certain regulatory measures can not be measured accurately in the present. Data released yesterday by Istat show today as the rain of negative figures were deceptive and has provided, at a crucial time for a game played on a handful of electoral votes, a distorted view of reality to the detriment of the outgoing government and of ' Italy.
