From 1948 to the present day there has been progress, but in recent years, a certain obsession on the part of states in terms of safety, we see the regression of some cruel and degrading treatment such as torture, the death penalty. Today, it has gone from 2 / 3 to 1 / 3 countries that practice the death penalty, the notion of impunity does not exist anymore, now is a matter of responsibility to the perpetrators of war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide recognition in some countries women's rights, disabled and children. In addition to the commemoration of the declaration, the time is given over to action, there is a great need today to inform and be informed, to investigate, educate, expose and fight the single thought the damage to the Rights of Man. Many challenges remain, the world population increases, the instability of the planet, the great economic powers and financial resources.
