Ingrid Bentancourt , political, grew up in Bogota and Paris, where her father was Colombia's ambassador to UNESCO. After studying political science in Paris, married a French diplomat. Back in Colombia and is committed to the Ministry of Finance at the age of 29 years. Elected in 1994 on a program to combat corruption, and Senator in 1998, deals with the cocaine that was ravaging the country killed more than forty years of civil war, denounced the leaders compromised with the Mafia. In 1998, he created his own party, Oxygen.
