We appeal to the curiosity 'intellectual alla professionalita', al senso di responsabilita', nonche' all'amore della verita', di cui vogliamo credere siano ancora dotati alcuni giornalisti italiani.
L'appello riguarda le due notizie che seguono. Invece di riportarle come fatti separati di cronaca politica, fate uno sforzo (basta poco) per individuare quella macroscopica contraddizione che le caratterizza. Un aiutino: il tabacco uccide piu' di tutte le altre droghe messe insieme .
NOTIZIA 1. IL GOVERNO: DROGARSI NON E' LECITO, GRANDE RIGORE CONTRO LA DROGA
Prevenire, individuare e cercare di recuperare pienamente i tossicodipendenti, ma nella certezza che non puó essere rivendicato un 'diritto a drogarsi' e che il Governo terrà un atteggiamento "di grande rigore" nei confronti della droga, dallo spaccio alla propaganda e fino al suo utilizzo. Questi i principi illustrati ieri da Carlo Giovanardi, sottosegretario alla Presidenza del Consiglio delegato al coordinamento delle politiche di contrasto alle tossicodipendenze, nel corso della riunione del Consiglio dei ministri dove, su invito del premier Berlusconi, ha presentato una relazione sulle strategie di sensibilizzazione contro gli effetti negativi dell'uso di sostanze psicoattive messe a punto dal Governo.

Allo stesso tempo, nel nome della tolleranza zero verso altre droghe, chi coltiva per uso personale anche una sola piantina di cannabis viene arrestato, processato e condannato al carcere -secondo l'Organizzazione mondiale della Sanità e il ministero italiano della Salute, la cannabis uccide 0 (ZERO) persone ogni anno.
Riassumendo:- Coltivi migliaia di ettari di tabacco? Quattro milioni di morti ogni anno? Finanziamento pubblico.
